A choice between individual counselling and collaborative care
A choice between individual counselling and collaborative care

I’m excited to share that I'm now consulting from Family Doctors Plus in Windsor, where emotional wellbeing is valued just as much as physical health.

The choice is yours.

Sometimes, counselling is exactly what you need — a private, one-on-one space to slow down, reflect and make sense of what you’re experiencing. A place where you can explore your thoughts and challenges at your own pace without needing to have everything figured out. Sometimes, that's all you need — just you and me.

Other times, life can feel more complicated. You might be dealing with physical symptoms, anxiety, overwhelming stress or challenges that are affecting different parts of your life. In those moments, having a team around you to feel supported can make a real difference.

Being based at a medical practice means that, if you choose and it feels helpful, your care can be coordinated with a wider healthcare team. Whether your GP is at Family Doctors Plus, another practice or you don't have a regular GP at all, you're welcome to come and see me.

You don't have to carry everything on your own.

My approach is warm, respectful and personalised. I believe counselling starts with feeling heard and understood. Whether you come with a clear concern or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right, we can take the time to explore your experiences, understand what matters to you, reconnect with your strengths and move towards greater clarity and confidence.

A single conversation can be the start of something different.

You don't need a referral to make an appointment. I'd be honoured to sit with you as you explore what brings you to counselling.
