About
Purpose
I specialise in empowering women through the challenges of life transitions, including separation and divorce. My goal is to provide guidance and support that helps women regain their confidence and navigate their journeys toward a fulfilling life.
My coaching and counselling approach is personalised and empathetic, ensuring that the women I work with feel heard and supported. I help you turn life’s most challenging moments into a powerful new beginning—reconnecting you with your strength and guiding you toward a more grounded, confident future.

From Disruption to Empowered Transition
I’m Virginia, a Brisbane-based Counsellor and Life Coach, deeply committed to walking alongside women through the many chapters of life — especially the messy, painful, and transformative ones. My work is grounded in empathy, professional training, lived experience, and a genuine belief that even life’s darkest stages can become powerful turning points when women feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Having lived and worked internationally, and shaped by my French and Salvadorian heritage, I’ve been exposed to a diverse range of cultures, perspectives, and human experiences. These experiences have deeply influenced the way I connect with others and continue to shape my therapeutic approach, allowing me to bring both emotional depth and cultural understanding into my work.
I remain committed to ongoing education and accreditation, including training from the School of Health, Psychology and Medical Sciences, continually deepening my knowledge of therapeutic modalities, theories, and ethical practices to provide the most effective and respectful support for my clients.
My own life has been shaped by significant transitions, cultural displacement, motherhood, grief, healing, rebuilding, and experiences that required deep resilience and personal growth. Through these chapters, I’ve come to understand how profoundly life can challenge our sense of identity, safety, confidence, and self-worth — and how important it is to feel genuinely supported through those moments.
As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and woman, I understand the emotional weight many women quietly carry while trying to hold everything together for everyone around them. These lived experiences have shaped not only who I am personally, but also the grounded, compassionate, and non-judgemental way I support the women I work with.
I believe healing is not about perfection or having all the answers. It is about reconnecting with yourself, rebuilding trust in your own voice, and finding the strength to move through life with greater clarity, self-awareness, and resilience.
Every woman’s story is unique. My role is to provide a supportive and honest space where women feel safe to explore what they’re carrying, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering to them.
