From Disruption to Empowered Direction

hi, I’m Virginia, a Brisbane-based Counsellor and Life Coach, deeply committed to walking alongside you and through your many chapters of life — especially the messy, painful, and transformative ones. My work is grounded in empathy, professional training, lived experience, and a genuine belief that even life’s darkest stages can become powerful turning points when we feel supported, understood and empowered.

Having lived and worked internationally, and shaped by my French and Salvadorian heritage, I’ve been exposed to a diverse range of cultures, perspectives, and human experiences. These experiences have deeply influenced the way I connect with others and continue to shape my therapeutic approach, allowing me to bring both emotional depth and cultural understanding into my work.

I remain committed to ongoing education and accreditation, including training from the School of Health, Psychology and Medical Sciences, continually deepening my knowledge of therapeutic modalities, theories, and ethical practices to provide the most effective and respectful support for my clients.

My own life has been shaped by significant transitions, cultural displacement, motherhood, grief, healing, rebuilding, and experiences that required deep resilience and personal growth. Through these chapters, I’ve come to understand how profoundly life can challenge our sense of identity, safety, confidence, and self-worth — and how important it is to feel genuinely supported through those moments.

As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and woman, I understand the emotional weight many of us quietly carry while trying to hold everything together for everyone around them. These lived experiences have shaped not only who I am personally, but also the grounded, compassionate and non-judgemental way I support the clients I work with.

I believe healing is not about perfection or having all the answers. It is about reconnecting with yourself, rebuilding trust in your own voice, and finding the strength to move through life with greater clarity, self-awareness, and resilience.

Every story is unique. My role is to provide a supportive and honest space where you feel safe to explore what you’re carrying, reconnect with yourself and move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you.

I support you through life’s transitions and moments of change — especially the messy, painful, life-altering ones.

I walk alongside you through the darkest stages, helping you reconnect with your strength and move forward with clarity and purpose.
