I offer support for immediate challenges, deeper emotional healing, and practical guidance to nurture what matters most to you. I’m passionate about supporting my clients through life’s obstacles and transitions.

Sessions
Not everyone feels comfortable in a traditional therapy room — and that’s okay. I offer flexible options that bring counselling into the spaces where you feel most at ease, whether that’s in the comfort of your home or out walking in nature. These settings can make it easier to relax, open up, and let the process unfold in a way that feels natural and supportive for you.
In-Clinic Session
For some people, a calm and private space away from everyday life feels best. In-clinic sessions offer time to slow down, reflect, and focus without distraction. It’s a space that’s just for you — to talk things through, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
In-Home Session
Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen where you feel most at ease — at home. Meeting in your own space can bring a sense of comfort and authenticity, helping you relax and open up naturally. I come as a guest, with respect and curiosity, so we can work together in a way that feels real and grounded in your everyday life.
Walk & Talk Session
Being outdoors often brings a sense of calm and perspective that’s hard to find in four walls. These sessions are about creating space — to breathe, reflect, and connect in a way that feels relaxed and real. Whether we walk along a quiet path or sit under a tree, the focus is on helping you feel comfortable and supported as we work through what’s on your mind.
Online Session
Sometimes the easiest way to begin is from where you already are. Online or phone sessions offer the same care, connection, and depth of conversation — just without the travel. Many people find this option more convenient, especially when life feels full or they’re outside Brisbane. All you need is a quiet space and a stable connection, and we can meet from wherever you feel most comfortable.
While I specialise in supporting women’s mental health, I warmly welcome people of all genders and identities.

Session availability:
I offer home visits in Brisbane where appropriate and on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out to find out more.
My fees are aligned with industry standards and support the ongoing training, supervision, and ethical practice that ensure high-quality care.
To help make counselling more accessible, I offer a reduced fee for clients with a Pension or Health Care Card.
Please note: Medicare rebates and private health insurance claims are not available.
